Chris Zielinski attends the University of California, Berkeley as a junior. He is studying Computer Science and is a member of the Delta Xi Chapter of the Phi Gamma Delta (Fiji) Fraternity. Because of his distinctive height (six foot six inches), his friends call him Big Z. Chris is from a small lackluster town called Camarillo in Southern California; it is located approximately halfway in between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles.

ā€œI’ve never been able to sit still, subsequently, I’ve always had an invisible drive to learn something new and expand my experiences. Starting from a young age, I have always been compelled with robotics, and have always gravitated toward the coding end of it. Somehow that love for written algorithms led me straight to the iOS and Android platform. It has been almost five years since that monumental day I downloaded the SDK and I can say without a doubt that it has yet to bore me. My aspirations quickly drew me to develop Big Z Labs, a studio through which I could unleash my creative beasts into the world.

Bill Somerville says there are three kinds of people in this world: sparkers, igniters, and burners. A sparker conceives the idea, an igniter enacts the idea, and a burner keeps the idea thriving. Iā€™m a sparker and igniter. I dream of one day kick-starting a tech start-up that will render paper receipts obsolete. I can only hold my breath in anticipation for what the future holds ‘because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.ā€™ā€
